Goals and analysis
- Task
- Attract local English-speaking clients to a studio whose clients were mostly from the Ukrainian-speaking community.
- What I did
- Developed a 3-month SMM strategy: described 3 target audience segments, analyzed competitors, and set clear goals: more bookings, awareness among locals, tracking of actual visits.
- Result
- A launch-ready strategy with a clear understanding of the audience and content ideas based on competitor analysis.
Content and visuals
- Task
- Show the expertise and personality of the stylist, not just before/after photos, and prepare ads for the local audience.
- What I did
- Wrote the positioning and tone of voice, built 7 content pillars and came up with the creative concept “The detail that is hard to name”. Chose colors and fonts, designed the feed grid, created 4 ad creatives and planned a $300 test budget for the first 30 days.
- Result
- A content system the salon can follow every week, a complete visual direction and ready ad creatives with the call to action “Book now”.
